    Sorry, I butchered your name in a tag on Jackie message. I saw you wrote about walking your dogs. What kind do you have? I have 2 bassets. I now take them 1 mile in the am, 1 mile in the pm, and apparently, since it warmed up, 1 mile in the afternoon. When I started last May here, I walked them several times around the court which is .2 miles and I thought it was a big deal then. Now, the 1 miles are easy. It will get easier and your body will thank you for it!

    OH! To add your "ticker" to your page, simply click on "Edit My Page" at the top. Once you are in "edit" mode, scroll down to the bottom and you will see different options for tickers and what you want it to display! Hope this helps...let me know if you still need help!
