That quote hits home with me as I get older. I know that I have undone much of the healthy progress I had made (as my latest doctor’s appointment showed!).
I am beginning March with renewed determination to live a healthier lifestyle and make positive movements toward the ME I want to be. Let’s travel this road to health together! Sheila
