My Goals:
1. Lose at least 50 pounds by September 30th 2010.

2. Cut out eating all of the junk foods.

3. Walk daily.

4. Take vitamins daily.

5. Don't make unrealistic goals! lol :)

My Program:
Last Spring I lost weight walking regularly so I'm back to that plan as well as eating healthy. My goal is to lose 50lbs by 9/30/10. That's 2lbs a week. I walk daily, increasing the length I walk each week or couple of days.

Personal Information:
Who am I? I am an animal lover, a people lover, a book lover, a coffee lover.

Other Information:
I can't remember whose quote this was but I really like "Fall down seven times: get up eight." Somehow I think that is very, very appropriate. Let's just hope this is time number eight!
