Hi and welcome to classy quitters! It's great you are keeping a food journal. SP has a great nutrition page where you can plan and track meals.
Also, 6 small meals during the day is better than 3 regular meals.. Keep fruits and veggies on hand at all time!!!!!!!!
I used Chantix also and have been smoke free going on 4 months and I too find I crave a cig now and then. That urge will be with us always and we have to fight it with all we've got. We delivered babies....... we can stay smoke free !!!!!!!!!! WE ARE WOMEN LOL LOL LOL
Thank you for your comment on my blog! I just have to wait it out. I was reading your page and great job on your choice to quit smoking that is awesome. Unfortunately the weight does start to creep up. I met a nurse that quit and she didn't want to gain weight she had sugar free hard candies on hand. Happy be-lated birthday. 3111 days ago
