3 Months to Loose 30 Pounds for My 30th Birthday!

Title says it all..

but since I like reading all of your stories, here is mine:

I have never been "skinny" but after eating no carbs for 3 months, I was at my lowest weight ever on my wedding day: 132.

My "weight loss journey" started in 2002 when I hit my all time high of 183 pounds. I did Weight Watchers on and off for a few years and got down to 145. To loose the final 13 pounds before the wedding, I followed the South Beach Diet.

2+ years of marriage, a house purchase, a miscarriage and lots of pizza later, I am back up to 153.

Thanks!! How have you been doing?! I have been on and off with staying on track with eating well/exercise, but am turning it around now and trying to stay positive. I hope you are doing well!!
