Me and the weight

October 11, 2011 - NEW restart date

Okay, I did well when I first started and I fell off the wagon. Haven't gained it ALL back yet so before that happens, the girlfriend and I are starting a new regiment today/tonight. She joined Weight Watchers and I'm coming right back here to Spark People.

Sadly the goals haven't changed. Just a new goal date.

Was introduced to this website by a good friend. So far so good. I hope it will help me achieve my goal.

After reading a few others profiles...I felt I needed to write more. My lowest weight was way back in high school/early college where my bffs said I was too skinny. (and I thought I was fat!) Since then my weight has fluctuated but never gotten anywhere close to that again. I'm shooting for a realistic goal of losing 30 pounds...and even then I feel like I should/could lose more. But baby steps!

Update: Since starting P90X (March 9, 2011) and reading more about it and what other people say about it. I am going to focus more on inches rather than just weight.

So far I'm really excited about SparkPeople because as I saw from someone else's profile...I'm online so much and the app on my Droid ...it works out perfectly. Good luck to everyone out there!

My Goals:
- Lose at least 5 pounds a month.
- Goal of 37 pounds total.
- Goal of going down at least 2 clothing sizes.
- Do P90X at least 3 times a week.
- Get back to a regular workout.

My Program:
1) Monitoring my water.
2) Monitoring my calorie intake.
3) Monitoring what kinds of calories.
4) Increasing my fiber and vitamin intake.
5) P90X

Personal Information:
I am 5' 4 and 3/4" but I tell everyone I'm 5'5"...it's so much easier.

Hugs to you love. I am not looking forward to those calls. People from my childhood are starting to leave my world and I am forever away from home to say my good byes. Have a day and mourn. It's ok.
