My Goals:
I want to be at my goal weight by February 2015.

I want to be consistent with healthy eating and regular exercise.

I want to live a live of gratitude.

My Program:
My nutrition program is moderation, logging all food , and staying within the nutrition limits guidelines.

My exercise program is at least 20 minutes a day of some form of exercise - Zumba, Wii EA sports, DDP Yoga, treadclimber, walking...

My gratitude program is to take time in the morning and time in the evening to give thanks for specific people, things and situations.

Personal Information:
I live in northern Indiana with my husband and two cats. My two grown children live about 3 hours away. My first grandchild is due in early spring.
