I am 45, married male, Chicago suburbs, two children. Joined SparkPeople 3/3/10 at 187 lbs, went down to 159, now back up to 187 as of 12/27/2011 because I stopped using SparkPeople. Went from size 36 pants to 33, back to 36.
32 pant size.
50 consecutive pushups.
Stairmaster level 15 for 20 min.
7 hrs sleep/night.
Keep calm when stressed.
I drink 72 oz water per day; measure portions; eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish, lean cuts of meat. Avoid hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils and fast food. Limit saturated fat and high fructose corn syrup. Walk, run, bicycle, play basketball, lift weights, use cardio equipment at health club, and stretch.
I enjoy listening to music, reading, watching movies, fitness, and travel.
