I am 45, married male, Chicago suburbs, two children. Joined SparkPeople 3/3/10 at 187 lbs, went down to 159, now back up to 187 as of 12/27/2011 because I stopped using SparkPeople. Went from size 36 pants to 33, back to 36.

Just wanted to stop by and say congratulations on your dedication for your loss in a reasonable time. I am sure you are pleased!

Love the scenic pictures.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Yes there is a limit to the number of bikes allowed on each train and if the train is full the conductors can refuse bike passage. Bikes are prohibited during weekday rush hours and during high volume "HOLIDAYS" such as Taste of Chicago. All of the rules regarding bikes on the Metra can be found at the link below including the max nunber of bikes. Hope you find it helpful. My daughters and I love to bike and are grateful for the train when we get tired, sore or the weather just turns on us. Enjoy the bike season.

Lol you posted almost simultaneously with me in the "How do YOU get back on after falling off the wagon" forum... Just wanted to say that despite not being able to catch back up with a few additional exercises, you seem to be doing well by losing weight! If I could get back on the wagon as well as you, maybe I'd be losing weight too! Lol. Great job with your hard work so far.
