Don't feel bad we (christy0505) and I hit some bumps inthe road the last 4-5 days also. We just decided to pick ourselves up and start over. Better to STOP and get back on the right path than sit and dwell on it and continue down the bad road. A week from now we would either be further down the bad road OR we can be a week down the right path!!!

You are still doing great overall!!!!

Hey, I have had a rough weekend being good. But was not tooo obad. I am struggling with getting my butt in gear to kick in the exercise/

OK the challenge sounds good. 30 minutes by Thurs. You're on. Thanks I needed that!!!!

You have done great on food. I fell off the wagon a little over the weekend.
Back on track for that tomorrow.

I had a cheat meal last night and then one again tonight. Was not happy with myself about that. Last night was planned. Tonight was birthday party that kind of developed for my daughters boyfriend who turned 18. HAd tacos and some cake and a few treats. We are going to get back on track though and in fact do a lot of exercise tomorrow to make up for it now! :)

It has below zero here for 80 some hours. A couple mornings it was -33 below zero with a -40-50 degree wind chill!!!! But today it was back up above zero. In fact it was inthe 20's....HEATWAVE!!!!! :)

We just shiver pounbds away here in Minnesota!!!

Man you have had a good week on the calories!!!! I had cheat meal tonight...but it was planned and stopped right after. We went to "Culver's" had chicken strips and fires and then a desert. But I do that once every weekend...now I will be right back on the bandwagon!!!!

I feel like I am back in the groove and finding it easy to be good and eat healthy again!!!! How you feeling????
