Today is the first day of the rest of my life

I am a big time yo yo dieter. I have managed to finally get down to the last 20 pounds but it comes and it goes but never stays away. I want to eat healthy and start exercising but man am I lazy. Eating I can control but working out is my worst nightmare. Any ideas to help with this would be appreciated.

My Goals:
I want to be fit and healthy. I had gestational diabetes with two of my pregnancies and don't want to get it now. I know I have to be fit and in control of what goes in my mouth to do that

My Program:
I am going to go with Jillian Michaels. Her metabolism guide. Rule:
If it doesn't grow from the ground or have a mother don't eat it. Going to do pilates for toning but I have no idea for cardio it is my weak spot. Would love to dance but not sure how make that work.

Personal Information:
I am a divorced mother of three boys. Ages 20,17 and 6. I work 7 on 7 off graveyard. I work in healthcare.

Other Information:
I love to read. Would love bookclubs or reading groups. Can you really do cardio and read?
