Hey sunshine! so sorry that I've been MIA for a month, I had family in town for two weeks and then got sick so I haven't been on here in a while.

SO, congrats on losing those 3 in. way back in mid Nov! and for getting past the darn 150 mark, I still cant beat that one yet so that's just fabulous for you! Let me know how you have done since mid Nov.

I've done good considering all the food and lack of exercise over the last 3 weeks. I've actually maintained at 150 which is a miracle for me this time of year. I hit the gym today and ran 30 min on the treadmill so I've started my week off right :)

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Congrats on your success thus far. I have another treadmill blog from last week that has some better interval work-outs. I am an ICU nurse (dayshift) and I have two small kids, too. Good luck to you!
