Time to Make My Body Work for Me

I had great success about a year ago losing 40 pounds leading up to my wedding simply by eating healthy foods. I felt great, loved the way I looked, and was able to enjoy my active camping honeymoon. However, after the motivation of looking good in my big white dress was gone, I let my healthy eating and exercise routine fall away. Since my wedding day, less than 9 months ago, I have gained back 26 pounds. I am joining spark people with the hopes it will help me get back on track.

Welcome to SP ... glad you are giving it a try. I have found my most valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. It keeps me on track throughout the day ... and even if I slide earlier in the day it let's me know that if I plan well I can make up for it before the day is over.
emoticon Good Luck
Lynn
