I just wanted to say Thanks for the comment on my Blog. I hope it will help anyone who reads it. Everyday is a struggle for us. I too have FMS/CFS along with the back problems. If you need an ear, just come calling emoticon

Welcome to Fibro Friends. There are many ups and downs with fibro. One of my Drs told me, that my only job is to take care of myself when he told me I was disabled and did the paperwork for my disability.

I now have me-time and I can focus on nurturing myself now. I never had time in the past, too busy working and raising children and going to college and working in my church. Now my time is all my own and I think I am a better more well-rounded person now and I have learned to say No, I can't do that,,when I need to.
