Ready for my outside to match my inside!

I am 26 and I've reached a turning point. After many consults with my doctor, he finally laid out for me what could happen if I stay the weight I am at, and I never want to be there! I want to be able to have children, hopefully before 30. So it's time to get serious about nutrition and being active!! I know all of the things I need to do to live a more healthy lifestyle, my biggest problem is that I have a hard time resisting temptation!! But here goes!!

My Goals:
-Live a positive, active and healthy lifestyle, and look good doing it!!

-Weigh under 200lbs

-Be able to play slo-pitch and run comfortably without injuring myself.

-Fit comfortably in an airplane seat.

-Practice self-control every day

-Be able to shop in any store I want!


My Program:
-Eat wholesome, nutritious, and healthy foods atleast 80% of the time.
-Track food and water consumption on SparkPeople!

-Cardio 45 minutes 5 days a week.
-Upper-body training 2 days a week.
--Lower-body training 2 days a week.
-Full body training once a week (BODYPUMP!!)

-At least 60 mins of Yoga each week
