Just just stopping by to basically agree with SMERTZ it seems :-) 2 pounds is a great loss and exactly what BLC encourages. Slow and steady wins the race. Don't give up. Think back on why you joined in the first place. Reflect on your first week of posts and remind your self how hopeful and excited you were then. Sometimes as women, we get distracted as the weeks go by, and it can be hard to remember earlier enthusiasm. Anyway, not sure if this helps at all but I really want to see you and all BLC participants succeed. Let me know if you need anything :-)
I am sorry you are feeling down....Now more than ever you should stick with staying in the BLC. Just checking in, keeps you somewhat on track. Even if you aren't exercising and following you planned diet...friend support is still there and it makes it easier to start back up once you are ready. BLC isn't about who exercises the most or loses the most weight, it is about support with life issues and diet and exercise happen to be part of life. Depression and feeling down are also about life and we are here for you. Believe me....I had many months without having the healthiest lifestyle but just knowing people understood and did not expect me to be perfect made it easier to get back on track.
Do not feel you have failed if you aren't #1...If you look at everyone in the BLC...very few people just had a great trajectory of weight loss.
