i've always had issues with my weight. since elementary i was always taller and a little bigger. i know that most of it is for vanity reasons but i also want to be healthy and in shape. i want to feel happy with myself and take care of my body. i try not to worry too much about the number on the scale, i don't even own one, because i have been there before and flirting on the line of having an eating disorder. i still have disordered eating habits so i had to work hard to not fall back into ...

Hey! Thanks for the blog comment. Looks like you and I are cut from the same cloth. Good luck in your journey towards being more healthy! I think that's the best attitude to have. That was my original goal, then I started losing weight and thought "Hey... losing weight is pretty awesome..." and I'm trying to get my mind back into the "I'm getting more healthy!" frame of mind, because that really is what my long term goal is.
