Going Green by Eating Clean and Lean....

Eating Clean Green and Lean.... Strong Lean Healthy... calorie intake about 1200-1500 based on how many calories I burn. Would like to run a 5k.
My Program:
Cardio everyday: I do 60min now my goal is 90 min. Elliptical Spinning Stair Stepper Weight lifting. Yoga once week. As time permits. My treat is tanning!!
