Hey girl. Thanks a lot for the awesome comment on my blog. Hey, I'm lucky enough that I have the time in my schedule to figure out how to do a DIY Medifast plan. It's basically like being in the Maintenance phase but without all the extra's like fruit and extra vegi's. It's really simple, but extra time would have to be spent preparing meals and snacks if you have a busy day. Just stick to what works for you! Keep it simple and easy to get yourself back on track! I'm routing for you! emoticon

Hey! thanks for the add:) I added you too! I really do well with the medifast, as long as I stick to it. This has been by far the easiest thing I have ever tried. Its just my inconsistencies have always tripped me up. We can do this! Looking forward to sharing our progress on the way:)
