hey, no problem! binging is one of my biggest obstacles, so i know very well that out of control can't stop yourself feeling. it sucks! one other thing that has helped me - if i feel like eating junk one day, i'll plan ahead on the food tracker and make sure i can fit in the junk while staying within or close to my calorie limit. doing that TOTALLY takes all the guilt out of eating "bad" food, and i think, ironically enough, that guilty feeling is what triggers the binge most of the time!
