Drop 20 pounds of fat.
Replace that with 10 lbs of muscle.
3-25-08 weight 225. Now add heavy weights for transformation.

Cardio kick: aerobics and the two mile run. light on the weights.3-25-08 2 mile run and heavy weights.

GM Sumlin, long time, i hope it's going better for u than me emoticon . we moved , and during our moving process, i just lost my goals, a lot of unhealthy eating, and i had lost weight good, now i gained it bk. and just can't get bk on track. thinking bout joing a gym soon. pray for me buddy, cause i feel so disgusted& i need a prayer. take care and GOD bless emoticon

hi sumlin how are u. thanks for the comment on my page emoticon i have lost so far, about 30lbs so far. i been sometimes dragging myself, but i will get it. happy you are in the gym, i see u have rice in your menus, rice is my weakness lol. being from Louisiana, i have to try to cut back on that. i cut out sweets, so that was a big acomplishment. keep in touch. Techniques for running? Hmmm..My first rule is just to get off my butt and do it. I don't pay any attention to my breathing. My form is not that great. I do well in my age group because I'm 47, and not a lot of older women run. I do a lot of different runs to break things up. Sometimes I run intervals, sometimes very hilly courses. Once in a while I go to the track and time myself running. I'll run 400 meters x4 and time each lap. If you want to feel your quads the next day run 100 meter sprints, fast as you can go. Excellent for building muscle. Good Luck!

hi sumlin, thanks for the comment buddy. you slowed up? well maybe because you reached your weight loss goal, but i'm still trying sumlin buddy. sometimes i be in pain, but i still try. i haven't been on here like i should, but i'm still at it emoticon
