My Goals:
Drop 20 pounds of fat. Replace that with 10 lbs of muscle. 3-25-08 weight 225. Now add heavy weights for transformation.
My Program:
Cardio kick: aerobics and the two mile run. light on the weights.3-25-08 2 mile run and heavy weights.
