My Goals:
My goal is to loose 50 pounds by October 2009. That gives me one year. I would love it if I were able to loose all 90 but I know that is asking a lot of myself so I will start with a goal of 50.

My Program:
I plan to really start watching what I eat along with portion size. I work at a desk so I need to try some sitting exercises.

Hi there! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! I appreciate that and just want to tell you that your goal is sooooooooo doable!!! You can def lose the weight in a year's time! It will pass quickly so just do what you need to do and the results will be automatic! Congratulations on making healthy changes! Take care!
