Sweet change!

I'm a single working/travling mom, and have a difficult time balancing all of my obligations. We've recently moved to Arizona, and are enjoying seeing the sun every day! You'd think that would inspire me to exercise every day, but it doesn't. I'd love to get back in to bike riding, but with little kids, it's tricky.

I'm ready to be healthier, slimmer and more comfortable on airplanes.

Congrats on getting on the bike! My husband and I bought bikes this summer and we got one of those carriers with wheels for our son who is going to be 2 in February. He loves riding back there! We got it for free on Craigslist -- some people were moving and wanted to get rid of it.

It is suppose to be in the 70's here this weekend and we are going to get out for a ride, before the snow returns later in the week!
