What a roller coaster ride this has been. 2011 was a write off as I wasn't able to maintain my weight loss and I saw some of the weight come back. It was a total eye opener for me because I thought I would be able to keep my new body without any hard work or proper nutrition. Nope. It doesn't work that way, apparently.
So 2012 is going to be the year that I get back down to my goal weight and learn how to "Maintain" healthy habits.

I'm happy to say that I reached my goal weight of 162lbs. I honestly didn't think I would be able to do it but I worked really hard and I made some big life changes and most importantly I had tons of support on SP. I have great friends on this site who always support me and push me to challenge myself and work harder. Now I have the self image that I've always wanted and I'm not ashamed of my body.

Thanks to everyone for all your help. Don't worry,I'm not going anywhere. It's time to pay it forward and help others reach their goals!

I joined this site for motivation and support. What I've found is so much more. This site gives me free access to tools which would otherwise cost me a small fortune in Canada. Being able to access such a wide array of support groups makes it easy to find people who I can relate to.
My goal is to lose 30 lbs by August 1st. I started on March 1st.

My Goals:
My 2012 goal is to get back down to my goal weight and practice healthy living full-time.

I plan on completing Insanity in the first 2 months of 2012 and then complete the P90X Insanity Hybrid program. This will take me in to spring and have my ready for summer! It's going to be a great year.

My Program:
SparkPeople is my program. It helps me keep track of my eating and my exercise and it allows me to find support from people with similar goals and lifestyles as me. The support is the most important aspect of the program. Without support, it is too easy to slip back into negative territory.

I am revisiting my goals and challenging myself to do something more and something bigger and better. Now that I've lost my initial goal weight of 30 pounds I feel like I can do anything. I've still got weight to lose, though so let's go get'em...together.

Other Information:
I love mountain biking and roller blading. I have 2 small boys, 4 and 6 so I don't have much time for extracurricular activities any more. Now that they are getting older I will look for ways to incorporate them into my fitness routines and outdoor activities.
I wish I lived somewhere warmer cuz you can't bike o rollerblade in the snow @ -30 celcius!

Hi, Good to see you back!
Piyo is a program from Beach Body by Chalene Johnson.
It's Pilates and Yoga with more power then normal Pilates and Yoga.
I use it for a stretch after my workouts, it is a full 2 month workout it says it is good cardio but if you are used to Insanity or Turbo Fire or the P90"s you will see it is not good for cardio.
