Change is really hard

Have 3 angels under 3, the youngest is 9 wks old. Each pregnancy was harder than the previous in terms of weight management and going back to the ol' body!
Now if I can just win the lottery and hire a nanny, a personal trainer, buy a home gym...all of the above...hmmm...
The TKD pic is when I was 8 mo pregnant.
I have a pic of when I was in top shape but am too shy to post it. But I often look at it to "remember" and "motivate" myself...

My Goals:
Looking to lose 10 for pre-preg weight, but if I can manage to lose 20 I'd be REALLY PSYCHED! Welcome to meeting new workout buddies in the nearby areas!


My Program:
I love kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, volleyball...all of which I find I don't have time for with 3 little ones - oh well...one day once again...For now, I manage to bring my newborn to Tues/Thurs kickboxing class, squeeze in a Tae Kwon Do/KB class on Mon nights and the other days, I either take marathon stroller walks or work out at night (jump rope, sit-ups, push-ups, free weights) when the family sleeps (that's 10:30pm - yuk).

I saw that you like to walk with your kids in stroller. It is one of my preferred workouts too. It gives me and the kids down time. You should check out and see if there is a Stroller Strides class offered in your area. It is about an hour long and on of the best workouts. The website is www.strollerstides.com The owner of the company Lisa Druxman also has a book out that tells you how to do your own stroller workout to include everything.
