I have recently lost 15 pounds using Shakeology from BeachBody and swear by it! I was addicted to sugar, and Shakeology helped me in such a way I don't crave the Double Stuff Oreos or any other cookies. I have kicked the sugar addiction.

Poulos-That's where aqua aerobics gets a bad rap, because alot of people think it is just for older people. It is not. It is a great workout depending on what YOU put into it, how hard YOU want to work. Aqua Aerobics can be a very good cardio workout and help build endurance.
Aqua jogging or "Deep Water Running" is different. You are in deep water and wear a belt around your waist as a flotation device. You are completely suspended in the water and can jog, Cross Country Ski, Jumping Jacks, all kinds of things you would do in an Aqua Aerobics class, except you are suspended and there is NO joint impact at all. This can be a very good cardio workout too, depending on how much you put into it.
Poulos -you don't say whether you are new to exercise or not, but Aqua is a good place to start. The resistance you get from the water works opposing muscle groups, hamstrings and quadriceps (legs) at the same time. Find a good Aqua instructor to go over the moves with you first.

is water class a good way to loss weight. Is aqua jogging better than aqua aerobics. I am 44 and all I see is older people doing the classes. I am overweight so please some input.
