My Goals:
Help people get healthy and stay healthy with fitness tips. You only have one body so take care of it. Using correct form makes the exercise more effective and helps you reach your fitness goals!
My Program:
As a Fitness Instructor, I work out every day at least 2 times a day. I watch what I eat, don't drink alcohol and keep a positive attitude!
Personal Information:
I am a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor of several classes during the week. The classes include: Body Sculpt, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics, Step, and Body Pump! I have recently lost 15 pounds using Shakeology from BeachBody and swear by it! I was addicted to sugar, and Shakeology helped me in such a way I don't crave the Double Stuff Oreos or any other cookies. I have kicked the sugar addiction.
