My goal at the moment is to develop a regular fitness plan and STICK with it. I also want to reach my goal of drinking 8 cups of water a day. I am a massive Pepsi-holic and never drink water so this will be a major change for me!
Regular exercise, monitor food portions and drink WATER. Not skipping meals will be a challenge but eating regular meals and not skipping is something else I will be adding to my program.

That is the reason you are overweight is because your body thinks that it is starving and is conserving all the food it gets. If you don't believe me look it up and you will see what I am telling you is true. They even have it here at Sparks on one of the Healthy Lifestyle pages. Your body needs at least 1200 calories a day just to function (ie breath, heart beat etc) So when you are under 1200 calories a day you are really hurting your body and also causing allot of problems with losing weight.
