My goal at the moment is to develop a regular fitness plan and STICK with it. I also want to reach my goal of drinking 8 cups of water a day. I am a massive Pepsi-holic and never drink water so this will be a major change for me!
Regular exercise, monitor food portions and drink WATER. Not skipping meals will be a challenge but eating regular meals and not skipping is something else I will be adding to my program.

Don't be afraid to eat all three meals. I had to retrain my brain the first month. I weighed in thinking I would've gained because I ate more calories than I'm used to and didn't feel hungry, but I lost 5 pounds the first week. Make healthy choices and look for recipes on spark people recipe search.
