My Story:
In 2008, I topped out at over 200lbs. To someone starting off right now, that might not seem like a lot, but keep in mind that I was 17 years old. I'd probably gained 50 of those pounds in two years....not exactly a healthy diet! Additionally:
- I had prediabetes
- I couldn't run for more than 30 seconds
- I worked part time in a candy store

Christmas Eve 2008 I was sitting on the couch, sandwiched between my brother and his (now ex) girlfriend, and my cousin and her (now ex) boyfriend. I felt fat, frumpy, lonely, and cried myself to sleep that night. I started the next morning....
