Unfortunately you cannot edit foods on your FB page. Instead you have to delete the entry (run your mouse over the start of the line and then click on the "X" that appears). Once you have deleted the line then you can add the food item using the FB entry box located at the top of the page. By the way, FB has an excellent food data base. I have to do this on a daily basis as my quantities change from day to day. I hope this helps. If not, please send me an email or post on our message board.

hey Suge! Saw your 2013 resolution about headaches and tight jaw... I take a magnesium pill when I ger that and it goes away in about 20 minutes.
Also beneficial is the scent of lavender essential oil, its supposed to reduce cortisol. Deep breathing and giving yourself a quick scalp massage might help as well if you get that type of headache where the sides of your head are painful.
