Unfortunately you cannot edit foods on your FB page. Instead you have to delete the entry (run your mouse over the start of the line and then click on the "X" that appears). Once you have deleted the line then you can add the food item using the FB entry box located at the top of the page. By the way, FB has an excellent food data base. I have to do this on a daily basis as my quantities change from day to day. I hope this helps. If not, please send me an email or post on our message board.

Sugar, I asked this ? in my friends feed and this is what I asked; BRANDTSGIRL is wanting to know if any one uses a FItBit Zip & how do you use it?
This one of the responses I got from one of my spark friends....
CRAZY_KAT_1984 said 'I'm using one now! Its really easy :) You buy the Zip, bring it home, follow the picture directions for installing the battery (simple) then plug the usb reciever into your computer, sync it & wear it! It does it all for you! Then you can sync SparkPeople to your FitBit & your exercise & weight are logged on here. I LOVE IT! See my blog for more

hey Suge!
Saw your 2013 resolution about headaches and tight jaw... I take a magnesium pill when I ger that and it goes away in about 20 minutes.

Also beneficial is the scent of lavender essential oil, its supposed to reduce cortisol. Deep breathing and giving yourself a quick scalp massage might help as well if you get that type of headache where the sides of your head are painful.
