I've been eating a ton of junk and not working out, too! It sucks that I have a major ankle sprain, so I'm very limited in my exercising, although I just found a pool to go to, so I'm definitely checking that out. Get fitted for a pair of running shoes at a running store. A good pair of shoes is ALL you need! Post run, thoroughly stretch. Take it slow in the beginning! The muscular-skeletal system need time to get used to the impact don't feel like you're not going fast enough.... Just keep up a steady pace! Just commit to c25k 3x a week and before you know it you WILL graduate. It's OK if you have to repeat days!! :) Dimitra 2385 days ago
Hey! How has your week been going? Mine has been not going so well..you are right--it is SO HARD to be social and stay on track! I feel like if some of my friends are eating stuff, then I should eat it, too! If everyone around me ate veggies and drank water alone, I probably would, too.
