Get determined,and by golly stick to it!

I used to weight 230#and when I was tired of not being able to do the things I enjoyed,I said "enough is enough", and that's when I decided to change the way I eat,and start exercising. It was a struggle at first,but now it's a lifestyle,and I'm determined to continue until I'm really satisfied.

My Goals:
To continue to stay healthy,and have a daily exercise regimen.

My Program:
I eat a heathy diet,and during the summer I ride bike 3xs a week. and exercise 3xs at the gym,doing alot of cardio.
When winter hits, I exercise, 3xs weekly,and I'm more aware of how I can get cardio in. Climbing the stairs,walking when possible,although I'm not too interested in walking (yet)

Other Information:
I love Jesus,and His Word, and if it weren't for Him I would not be in the serene, peaceful place I'm in. I enjoy the water,and walking on the beach,and laughing. Being with my family,and giving to others, paying it forward.

Welcome!!!

I started my journey on 09/05/2006 and I did not expect for it to happen....I lost 30lbs in 4 months!!!

It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

and remember when motivation leaves you, find will power and reel him on in :)
