Lose 25+ pounds. Fit into my nice clothes. Feel in shape and in control of my food intake.
My food goal is to eat 90-100 grams of protein, 1200-1300 calories and 90-100 grams of carbs (mainly as fruits/veggies). My exercise goal is to walk my dogs 1/2 an hour per day (3 ten minute sessions) and do a 1/2 hour yoga video at least three times a week.
I live in Iowa. I'm a full time office worker, married with two children, a boy age 22 and a girl age 16. We have two dogs, a collie mix and a Papillon mix.
