hi im susan and 60yrs old live in indiana now and have lost 52pounds since jan-08 to july,08 im doing home schoolon physcology and associate course for ministry thru the sure foundation via online that keeps me busy . i love to play fishgames online slingo, fishdom, bingo. im still married and im still a christian but have really worked hard on my mind and weight changes this past yearas last november i got so depressed and with drawn i was dying their in our utah home couldnt walk far ...

My Goals:
my goals are to learn how to be healthy and to do a lifestyle change and impliment some betters things that will benefit my futureand myself . to touch peoples lives and serve others as god would want me to do and its one of my godly gifts . to reach my goal weight of 135by november 2008.
My Program:
exercise and stretch band exercises drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water go out and walk with my walker the only way i can walk any distance. i have been an adult victum of chil abuse from age 5 to 51. god has helped me change my life and i have never been so happy! meet and make some real friends
Personal Information:
NOTE: hello last year i couldnt walk without a walker and stayed in and almost died there in utah but now we are with my daughter in lafayette,indiana we really do like it here and i have a relationship with my eldest son with whom i hadnt had for 30 years.
