Striving to kick the sugar habit
I get an A + in gaining weight, a B+ in losing weight and an F in maintaining my weight. I have been as low as 127 pounds as an adult but have not been able to maintain it. Sugar seems to be the only treat in my otherwise high stress days. I'd love to be able to maintain a weight and find good supportive friends.

My Goals:
-To get back to healthy weight. -To maintain that healthy weight. - To end the yo-yoing with my weight.
My Program:
-I have drastically reduced my sugar intake. - I will get a minimum of one hour of exercise per day. -I will focus on putting only healthy foods in my body. - I will deal with stress in other ways other than eating. - I will develop a support group of people that can relate to me (that's you Spark friends).
Personal Information:
I grew up in Minnesota but am currently living in Wisconsin. I have two daughters.
Other Information:
I love to read! I am currently reading the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. I am a painter but I've put that on hold for my family. I am a sewer, yesterday I altered the dress I got from a magazine. I love to walk outside.
