Hello everyone! I guess I put the weight on after each of my pregnancies and I haven't let it go! I don't want to say that I'm just carrying a little baby fat when my kids are graduating from college. I've always been active. I've played sports & I was in the military (Army & Navy). I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 1998 & I've been struggling to get it under control every since. So, now I'm on a journey to GET MY SEXY BACK!
