2012...time for change
My name is Sue, and I live in South Wales UK. I am 48 years of age (going on 27) lol. As much as I love Chinese and indian takeaway food - there has got to be a time in your life when you say enough is enough.
That was my introduction in May, nothing has changed except I've added another 6lbs and age 47 has gone to 48 doh!
This was me two years ago...what's changed - I've gained 18lbs, out of breath more often, struggle to find nice clothes to fit me...etc etc etc. ...

My Goals:
Ok, my goal is to reach a weight of 147 - 154 lbs. I will do it by healthy eating and not fad dieting. By the end of my journey I will get my nutrition in order, and it will become second nature to me and my body
x - My new goal is to take one day at a time...hopefully this will lead to a healthier life style.
My Program:
Well I'm eating less fat, doing more exercise....walking (boring) wii personal trainer (cool).....can't ride a bike so that's out. I'll swim on holidays, not sure if that counts :-D

My name is Sue and I live in Sunny South Wales UK. I have a darling OH, and we have been together for 32 years (20 of them engaged.....not sure about marriage yet) lol. I love animals although I have none yet.. :-( - 2 years later...I have adopted a beautiful cat called Spot.
Other Information:
I love anything spooky, Steven King books are my favorite even though they scare me to death. I also enjoy spooky films, OH laughes cos they give me nightmares.......can't help it :-D
