I'm a 22 year old mother of a wonderful 1 year old little girl. This past year I have had a really hard time losing the pregnancy weight. Right before she was born I weighed 202. I lost 10 of those lbs but managed to gain them all back. My BMI is 34.4 I'm very determined to reach a goal of 135. My profile picture was taken today. I want all that extra fat gone!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 8-10 pounds a month so about 2 1/2 a week. I know I can do it.
Also I want to work on lowering stress levels.

My Program:
I plan to walk close to 4 miles everyday. 1 walk in the morning and 1 in the early evening.
To lower my stress level Im working on not getting so frustrated with all the little things that go on in my life.

My name is Susan but I go by Sue. Im about to start college this year. When Im finished I am going to open my own bakery. I love to bake and cook, sew, scrapbook, and take pictures. Im also a very artsy person.

I recently started a new team called ‘The 3% Challenge’
The goal is to lose 3% of your weight between holidays. (Or more or less; whatever you’re comfortable with!) The team is meant to be a fun, motivational and a supportive place to lose a little bit of weight at a time instead of focusing on the big end number.
There’ll be weekly challenges; the first one will start this Monday, July 29th! emoticon

We seem to have things in common; both trying to stress less over the little things, similar in age, I also have a daughter :) and we have a similar goal weight
