My Goals:
My goal is to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I've increased my fitness time and improved my nutrition, now I hope to keep it up. In terms of weight loss, I'd like to lose another 40 lbs.

My Program:
I've met with my PCP and will be meeting with her nurse dietician. Mostly, I've increased my fitness hours by swimming and using the Wii 3-4 weekly. I've also really monitored my food intake and work on maintaining balance. We have a healthy lifestyle initiative at work and that's been a real motivator.
