    Hi and welcome to Spark People and our 50+ Members and Living with Diabetes Teams. You will meet many interesting, supportive and encouraging members here who are always will and ready to help if they can. Be sure to use the nutritional and fitness trackers as they are invaluable tools. You may have to incorporate your own meal plans since you are diabetic. I use Spark's plans as a guideline but have to make changes due to diabetic and renal diets. Spark is working for me!!!!

    Welcome to living with diabetes. There are no experts here. Only members (of course I could be wrong. I have looked what you ate. You could always add more veggies (not starched) they are always winners. Are you exercising? Drinking water. I struggle badly with emotional eating working on it daily. ((UUGH)) I hate water but I try to at least drink 5 cups sometimes I miss on that. Best advance to t5o check with your dr. and diatitician spelling. I have tried looking at members food intake and exercise but I have come to realize that we are all individuals and we lose weight our own way etc. Best wishes on your journey. I know it is not easy. Keep trying and going!
