Sue, thank you for asking about my ankle. I am doing well. I do have a cane I keep in my car for when I walk on uneven ground or walk down stairs with no railing but otherwise it is doing well. I will not have as much movement in the ankle because of the bone being larger than before and te ligaments messed up some but at 68 years old I cannot complain. I do not run or hop or skip but that may be weight as well as the injury.

Anyway things are going well.

Thank you for the comment on my blog and the spark goodie! Seeing a nutritionist sounds like a wonderful idea! Unfortunately we don't have one in our area! I read a thing once about cravings and your body knowing it needs something but cant decipher what. You can crave ice cream and what your body really needs is the fat. I think all the processed foods we eat have our bodies thoroughly confused! Thanks again!
