Hi, my name is Sue. I have been married for 26 years and have two children, ages 24 and 19. I have the desire to be healthy and fit.

Fitness Minutes: 7,044

My Goals:
My goals are to eat well and I see exercise as a part of my life for the rest of my life. With each step that I take I do not take alone, I always walk in the presence of God. He is my strength and provides to me everything that I am in need of with each passing day.

My Program:
My exercise program is as follows: Every other day all I do is Cardio. I start with 10 minutes on the treadmill, then I go onto the Elliptical and do personal trainer with aerobics for 30 minutes. Then it is off to either the stationary bike or cross trainer for 25 minutes and then back to the treadmill for another 25 minutes.

On the other days I do my strength training exercises. I again start with 10 minutes on the treadmill, then off to the Elliptical where I do fat burning mode for 30 minutes. After this I turn to the circuit machines. I do 10 machines each time. I am up to 3 sets for 15 to 30 reps. Then I go back to the treadmill for another 50 minutes. I wear a pedometer throughout the day. Many evening I do also dance to Christian music.

Other Information:
I love reading Christian base books. I finished reading "The Shack" by William P. Young. If you have not read this book. I highly recommend it. I also like to crochet and listen to Fast -pace Christian music.
