Hi there! I am a multi faceted woman with lots of good things in my life. The plan is to take it slowly and make changes that will help me to be thinner and healthier. We all say we want to be healthy, but I want to look better too.

My Goals:
My goals are simple. I want to lose enough weight that my joints don't hurt, my falling arch is alleviated, I can breathe normally, I can no longer have a racing heart. I want to enjoy my husband, my Grandkids, shop, and feel better about myself.
My Program:
I am going to start out by changing my diet, lowering the caffeine, soda, salt, fat (bad fats), and all non natural stuff from my diet. I am going to begin doing stretches, using my treadmill, and use some yoga and hand weights.
Personal Information:
I am a wife, mother, and a grandmother.
