Join the Spring 2015 Challenge - done

Stay active with the Determined Daisies pre Spring challenge - working on that

Hit 2nd weight goal and Maintenance??

5% Spring Challenge hit 2.7% loss

5% Fall Challenge - done with a 3.7% loss

Original goal:
I want to be in the healthy range of weight and be more physical activity.

I want to establish healthy habits that I can live with after I retire in 5-6 years.

My Program:
Continue the Spark Diet program. Nutrition wise is working well.

Exercise is increasing WooHoo! The 10 minute challenge is great. I'm keeping this one on going. I

Personal Information:
Texas transplant - 30 plus years.

Married 15 years to the love of my life!

Our kids are 4 legged - dog and cat.

With in 5-6 years to retirement.



Other Information:
I started SP to loose weight and get healthier. I'm finding that I'm getting healthier not just physically but mentally. I've always been a positive person but I'm sharing this more. Paying forward as they say!

Good morning! Are you tired of watching what you eat, finding time to exercise, trying to do things up differently to stay interested and engaged?
