Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? YES!

What is your exercise plan?

Recumbent Bike 10 - 15minutes each Monday - Friday AM and PM
Weekend walking 30 minutes Saturday and Sunday, more when I can
Strength Training at least 3 days per week.

Do you know what diet you will follow? Spark Diet, being careful to watch ...

Stay active with the Determined Daisies pre Spring challenge - working on that

Hit 2nd weight goal and Maintenance??

5% Spring Challenge hit 2.7% loss

5% Fall Challenge - done with a 3.7% loss

Original goal:
I want to be in the healthy range of weight and be more physical activity.

I want to establish healthy habits that I can live with after I retire in 5-6 years.

My Program:
Continue the Spark Diet program. Nutrition wise is working well.

Exercise is increasing WooHoo! The 10 minute challenge is great. I'm keeping this one on going. I

Personal Information:
Texas transplant - 30 plus years.

Married 15 years to the love of my life!

Our kids are 4 legged - dog and cat.

With in 5-6 years to retirement.



Other Information:
I started SP to loose weight and get healthier. I'm finding that I'm getting healthier not just physically but mentally. I've always been a positive person but I'm sharing this more. Paying forward as they say!
