My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 50 pounds in the next six months. I'd also like to get stronger physically. I'm tired of feeling like a weakling!

My Program:
I'm watching my calories and following the recommendations by SparkPeople. I started to lose weight this way before (until I fell off the wagon.)

I'm so sorry to hear you had a migraine. I use to suffer from those. They suck! My neck and shoulder are slowly feeling better. Thanks for your comment. Still hurts to move my neck to the left. Not good when I am driving. Just needs a couple more days of rest. Thank god my feet and legs aren't out of commission so I can still walk. Yay! Just getting the motivation today is hard! I hope you are doing well. How are you doing with exercise? My biggest obstacle I think is water and nutrition. Have to work on that. It is such a struggle! Take Care!
