My Goals:
My goal is to be physically fit so that my energy level rises so that I can keep up with my 2 and 4 year olds!!
My Program:
I am tracking what I eat everyday. I am doing cardio exercises for at least 40 minutes Monday through Friday and I am doing strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Personal Information:
I am married with two children; my daughter is 4 and my son is 2. I am Business Teacher I am in my "healthy" weight range, but my main goal is to be physically fit. Although, it is very hard to work in my workouts. I have found the best time for me to work out is at 5:00 a.m., but I have also found out that getting out of bed that early is extremely difficult!!
Other Information:
We cannot live happily as human beings in the belief that our own actions don''t matter.
