Soon to be Thinner Sue
This time I'm making the change forever. I am recovering from my third back surgery and will loose the weight and keep it off forever. I'm not going on a diet.....I'm going to change my lifestyle, make healthier choices and think before I eat. I will stay busy doing the activities I enjoy like gardening, walking, swimming, crafting and crocheting. I will exercise and get in better physical shape! I will NOT procrastinate.

My Goals:
I want to loose weight forever and maintainn a healthy lifestyle. 1. Go for a walk everyday 2. Drink 8 cups of water 3. Stay motivated
My Program:
I am eating healthy and incorporating more fruits and vegetables in my diet. I am working to eliminate emotional eating. Keep busy so I don't think about eating.
Personal Information:
I am 49 years old and have battled being overweight all my life. I have twin 10 year old daughters. I love animals, nature, reading, cooking and gardening. My favorite thing to do is to walk in the woods.
Other Information:
I'd love to find someone else battling to loose weight to walk with.
