My Goals:
I would like to lose 20# total - to add to the 25 I have already lost. As a SLOW loser I would like to lose 5# by May 1. Even more important is to eat more healthy.
My Program:
So far I have been piddling around and going nowhere. Not gaining, but not losing. Time to get serious.
Personal Information:
I am "older", but not yet old unless I look in the mirror. My heart still feels young tho I have great-grandchildren. I am blessed with good health and my husband and I walk several miles 5-6 times a week. And I am a quilter. I will never live so long as to finish all my projects.
