My Goals:
My goals have changed somewhat from when I first started this journey. Today my goals are: 1. Control my weight: achieve BMI of around 19, which is 118 lbs. 2. BP down to 120/80 or less. 3. Able to run for half an hour at 5.0 mph or faster. 4. Able to lift my body weight--as in do 10 pull-ups and 10 regular boy-style pushups. 5. Do something active and aerobic 7 days each week. (right now I'm up to 4) 6. Practice tai chi and meditation every day.
My Program:
A nourishing lifestyle, loving care, lots of sleep, a variety of versatile daily exercises, and positive thoughts combined with nutrient rich, fresh food choices and reasonable portions.
Personal Information:
I want to build a Nutritious Life--one that is good for me on every level!
