My Goals:
1. Change mindset
2. Think first, eat later
3. 5-a-day and be mindful of quality of food
4. Work hard
5. Be inspired by others

My Program:
Log on daily and be inspired by everybody else's success
Review motivation
Mini-goals - tick them off
Work hard and feel proud

Personal Information:
I love karate and kickboxing. I spend at least 3 days in the gym, currently concentrating on indoor rowing (a truly evil sport). I have the greatest admiration for everyone currently striving to achieve their goals!

Other Information:
Outside the gym, I write children's stories and poetry and am kept busy with four children and a dog. My major weakness is crumbling at the last hurdle: I do really well getting to goal, but once it's in sight my brain switches off and goes backwards!

We visited the UK and really enjoyed our trip. We had good weather in England. It was cool and windy in Scotland and Wales, but we want to return.
I can't believe it's not cold. Enjoy!!! emoticon

Welcome to SparkPeople; I joined this week too. I stumbled on your profile from a post regarding how not to snack. Great suggestion about painting your nails.

I have the same conviction to STOP putting rubbish in my body. I'm working towards eating clean, healthy food. Have you see the Eating Clean group?

Best wishes on meeting your goals.
