I love karate and kickboxing. I spend at least 3 days in the gym, currently concentrating on indoor rowing (a truly evil sport). I have the greatest admiration for everyone currently striving to achieve their goals!
Outside the gym, I write children's stories and poetry and am kept busy with four children and a dog. My major weakness is crumbling at the last hurdle: I do really well getting to goal, but once it's in sight my brain switches off and goes backwards!
