My Goals:
SHORT TERM

January Goal:
1. Drink 8 glasses water DAILY
2. walk 20 minutes 5 X week
3. weigh 180 by Dec 2011
4. Strength train 2 X week minimal 20 minutes each session



LONG TERM:
1. Lower my blood pressure by losing 1 pound per week. and maybe, just maybe my blood pressure will get into the normal range.
2. Be able to buy clothes in regular size department instead of plus size.


My Program:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
2. Keep calorie intake between 1300-1400 per day.
3. Check into Spark People 3-4 x per week.
